Get ready to get your family out and moving! The Timber Ridge PTO will be helping to host a skating party at Skate North. These skating parties help the school receive free skate rentals for the PE skating unit, so please come skate with us and support the school.

Where: Timber Ridge Elementary – The walk/run will start and finish at the school.
Why: This is a fundraiser for ALS. It is also a great opportunity to be physical as a family.
The Box Tops collection netted $1709.64 for the school this year. Mr. Kennelly’s 3rd grade class won the donations, and will get to enjoy a pizza party
Spring has sprung! It’s time to start planning another fun-filled Field Day & lots of volunteers are needed to run stations.
As you’re choosing shifts, keep in mind that DK-2nd Grade have Field Day in the morning & 3rd-5th Grades have their Field Day in the afternoon.
Very important: If you are helping, please email Penny Dolberg by May 6th at
firstname.lastname@example.org indicating Hamburger or Hot Dog if you would like to eat the cookout at the school. Please note you might not be able to eat with your child. They will have different lunch times that day.

We are looking for four wonderful parents to help run our PTO for the 2015-2016 school year. Our current board will have served its two-year term at the end of this school year and fresh faces are needed to lead us in the coming year.

The Timber Ridge spring book fair is underway. Please make time to visit the book fair during conferences on March 5th or 10th, or consider visiting the fair with your child before or after school. The fair runs through March 10th.
You can also order books through the online fair, which is available through March 14th. All online orders ship to the school for free.
The Timber Ridge PTO will meet on Tuesday, March 3 at 7:30 p.m. This is a different week of the month and start time than usual–please update your calendars, and come join us!
